You can choose to pay by your debit/credit card or bank transfer.
We do not accept paypal.

Bank transfers must be cleared through bank before items can be dispatched.

We aim to post out orders within 24/48hrs of completing a purchase, this is excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Orders are sent out by Royal mail 1st class signed for.
We post out 1st class recorded delivery. This way it can at least be tracked. Postage is FROM £5.25 1st class.
Postage to be paid by customer for any returned items to Canama.
You may return goods sold by Canama within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less postage or an exchange of goods.
All items returned must be in the original condition and including packaging. We cannot accept returns of certain items including any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or is missing parts.
Any item that has been worn, or has scruff marks. Item is not returned after 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued once item is received back to Canama. Please send us an email, text or phone call letting us know that you are returning the goods for a refund or exchange.
If an exchange is required we will need to know style colour and size so we can check as to whether we have item in stock.
A refund will be issued if item has been returned in original condition.
Sizes are English ,American and European. We have not given any guideline chart as the styles of shoe vary very differently from the recommended universal shoe guide. Some shoes will go up one full size or even up to two sizes larger, and some styles are suited to certain foot widths.
We advise that if you are not sure please call us and we will endeavour to get the right size in the style you want to order this will save lots of postage if the wrong size is ordered. This way you are not disappointed when they arrive and they are too small or too big.
An invoice is given with every posted order together with customers proof of purchase if made with card debit card.
Bank transfer sales will have this written on your invoice once paid into account and sent with goods.
Protection of information
Your card details are not kept on record or file and are destroyed once transaction has taken place.
No information is given out to any person or persons.
You need to use either the email system on the website or email us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call.
Remember we need size colour and style.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive either email, text, or phonecall depending on how you contacted us.
We’ll try to get back to you the same day with an answer to your email or questions, if this is not the case it is usually because we are otherwise engaged.
We will always try to respond asap. If you have not heard from us please try again as sometimes the odd email or call does not seem to reach us, therefore we cannot reply.
